Delete your NEET account

You can delete your NEET account and its personal data yourself, at any time.

How to delete it

• On the website: sign in, open Profile → Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
• In the mobile app: open Account → Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
• Cannot sign in? Email hello@neet.co.tz or call +255 769 090 000 from the phone number on the account, and we will delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, email address and password.
• Saved addresses and notifications.
• Addresses, phone numbers and instructions on your past bookings.
• Upcoming bookings are cancelled and your reviews are hidden.

What is kept

Records of past bookings and payments (service, date, amount) are kept without your personal details for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They no longer identify you.
